Happy Halloween Poems For Kids, Preschoolers & Toddlers

Halloween is one the craziest event in the United States as many scary things are connected to it. Wearing creepy masks, scary costumes, making horrifying colors to the faces are common things on this day. As the name describes, it’s kind of making hail on this earth for one day and behaving like ghosts and witches. But still, young children also take part in the festival but only in prayers and simplistic public and family Halloween gatherings. Halloween Poems for kids, preschoolers, toddlers, and young children are another way of joining this unique occasion with their parents.

Poem 1

It`s late and we are sleepy,
The air is cold and still.
Our jack-o-lantern grins at us
Upon the window sill.
We`re stuffed with cake and candy
And we`ve had a lot of fun,
But now it`s time to go to bed
And dream of all we`ve done.
We`ll dream of ghosts and goblins
And of witches that we`ve seen,
And we`ll dream of trick-or-treating
On this happy Halloween.

Poem 2

Halloween is a very special day
Arts and crafts are in all the city
Lot of children go out in the night
Love is out this day
Ohhh! says the ghosts
When the night falls
Every people wear costumes
English people really enjoys
Never go out alone, be careful.

Poem 3

Yowling, prowling, growling cat
Why do you switch your tail like that?
Why do your eyes flash gold and green?
Could be–must be–Halloween!
Slinky, inky, blinky cat,
Why do you arch your back like that?
What scary creatures have you seen?
Could be–must be- Halloween!
